Larry, the owner, truly takes a vested interest in the final product and quality that goes into his homes. He was personally there every day to verify and oversee each step of the process and to make sure it was done correct. My husband is a very particular handyman at heart and was able to talk shop with Larry on many points of the house. It was refreshing that Larry was very knowledgeable about all aspects of both the construction and vendors he utilizes, making for a great finished product.

In particular, we were in a time crunch as we had just moved over to Orlando and were trying to get into a home before the kids went back to school. Larry and his team worked diligently to assure my kids were sleeping in their own beds by the first day of school.

Another plus to any homebuilder is how they respond after the ink is dry on the paper. Larry took all of my issues to heart after the house was completed and followed up on and completed any loose ends that were needed from missing items to small repairs that were required and even just a few personal requests. He also ordered us a few parts for some extras we wanted to do ourselves.

I have recommended them to numerous neighbors and friends of mine. I feel confident Larry and Austin Homes will look forward to many prosperous home building years and many happy home owners.
